Photo and Video Production in Fort Wayne
Your customers can spot stock photos in about a second. Real photos of your crew, your trucks, and your finished work do something stock never will: they prove you are who your reviews say you are.
Open the websites of service businesses across Fort Wayne and Allen County and you will see the same smiling call center team, the same spotless kitchen no local crew installed, the same handshakes in offices nobody here works in. Customers have learned to ignore those images completely. What they stop on is real: a familiar street, an actual tech they might meet at the door, a finished job that looks like the houses in their neighborhood.
Why real photos beat stock, every time
Trust is the whole game for a local service business. A homeowner inviting a crew into her house, or a patient picking a dentist, is making a judgment about people, not just prices. Real photography answers the questions behind that judgment. Do these people look careful. Does their work look finished. Do they look like a real operation in Fort Wayne, or a call center with a local phone number. Stock cannot answer any of that, and a page full of it quietly tells a careful buyer to keep looking.
Real media also feeds every channel you have, which is why we treat a shoot as part of our full Fort Wayne marketing services rather than a side purchase. The same set of photos strengthens your website, your Google Business Profile, your paid ads, and your social feeds. One investment, used in five places, all telling the same true story. Our guide to choosing a marketing agency in Fort Wayne explains how those pieces are supposed to connect.
Founder led creative, not a hand off
Prestige Collective photo and video work is founder led. James Leff, the founder, is personally skilled at photography, video production, and editing, and he shoots, produces, and edits this work himself. That matters for two reasons. First, the person on your shoot understands marketing, so every shot is planned around where it will be used: the homepage banner, the Google profile, the ad, the social calendar. Second, there is no hand off to a random contractor who has never heard your goals. You get one point of view, start to finish. James is also a former member and contributor of the Forbes Agency Council, named a Top 20 SEO Consultant in the U.S., and an UpCity National Excellence Award recipient, and that broader background shapes what gets shot and why.

Brand photography
Website and Google profile photography: your shop, your crew at work, your trucks, your finished jobs, and the details that show how you operate. Shot for the layouts where the images will actually live.
Promo videos
A short video that explains your offer in under a minute, in plain language, from you or your team. Built for your homepage, your profile, and your ads, with captions so it works with the sound off.
Short social clips
Quick job site clips, answers to common questions, and walk throughs of finished work, formatted for the feeds where they will run. These feed our social media marketing calendars directly.
Headshots and before and afters
Consistent team headshots that match your branding, plus disciplined before and after sets shot from the same angle, so the improvement is obvious and believable.
Every shoot starts with a shot list tied to specific pages and posts. We do not shoot hundreds of random frames and hope something useful turns up. We know before we arrive which banner needs a wide shot, which service page needs proof, and which three clips will carry next month of social content.
Drone media for real estate and property work
For real estate teams and property focused businesses, aerial media changes how a listing feels. A drone pass shows the lot, the street, the roof line, and the neighborhood in a way ground photos cannot, and buyers scrolling listings notice the difference immediately. Our drone aerial photos and video are produced by an FAA Part 107 certified partner, which is the certification required for commercial drone work. Pricing is simple and per listing, with no subscription and no minimum number of properties, which makes it practical for teams listing homes across Fort Wayne and Allen County throughout the year. Production work like this pairs naturally with web design for property and project pages that need to show scale.
How one shoot feeds months of content
The economics of a planned shoot are the part most businesses miss. A half day on your job sites can produce a homepage set, a full Google profile refresh, headshots for the whole crew, a promo video, and twenty or more social posts and clips. Edited in batches, that material rolls out over two to three months, keeping every channel current without your team stopping work to take pictures. Your crew already does photogenic work every day. The only missing piece is someone there, on purpose, with a plan and a camera, turning finished jobs into proof that sells the next one.
Files are delivered organized and named by use, in web ready and full resolution versions, so you and anyone who works on your marketing later can find and use them without digging. You own the finished files from your shoot.

Frequently asked questions
Who shoots and edits the work?
James Leff, the founder of Prestige Collective. James is personally skilled at photography, video production, and editing, and he leads creative on every shoot. Your project is not handed off to a random contractor, and drone work is the one exception, handled by an FAA Part 107 certified partner.
How should we prepare for a shoot?
Keep it simple. Clean trucks and work areas, uniforms or branded shirts for the crew on camera, and a short list of your best recent jobs or spaces to feature. We bring a shot list built around where the photos and video will be used, and we handle direction on the day.
How fast do we get the finished files?
Edited photos are usually delivered within five business days of the shoot. Edited video takes one to two weeks depending on length and revisions. If you have a listing, launch, or event deadline, tell us at booking and we will confirm a delivery date in writing.
Is your drone work certified?
Yes. Drone aerial photos and video are produced by an FAA Part 107 certified partner, which is the certification required for commercial drone work. That covers real estate listing media and property shoots, flown legally and insured through the partner.
Can you edit footage we already have?
Yes. Video editing of client supplied footage starts at $400. Send us what you have, phone clips included, and we will tell you honestly what can be made from it before you pay. Good raw clips can become strong social and website video with proper editing, captions, and pacing.
